Lila Mann

Lila is our first child and favourite daughter, born in 2007. She had a very proud grandmother Gillian, who sadly passed away a few days after their only xmas together. She also has a loving Yeh-Yeh (grandpa) and Nai-Nai (grandma) in China, who visited her for a year when she was 1.

Lila is pronounced "Lee-Laa" (just like Lisa).

Lila is a variation of Leela, which is a Indian (Hindu) name, meaning "play" or "Beauty". It is also an Indian word for a miracle or unexplained thing, such as 'time' or a 'rainbow' (before we knew how they worked).
